We've have a leak that is under the ground and has caused a lot of water damage to a wc and floor. The area is 2m by 2m max floor space.
Need someone who is very good and reliable to come and trace & repair the leak, treat the damaged areas and then relay floor and re plaster decorate downstairs wc and affected areas.
No one is showing interest, how much should soemthing like this cost?
