Lowering a damp course? I had a garage conversion done a while back which involved digging out the old floor. the original damp course is now to high and although not causing any issues in the new room damp is affecting a wall in the kitchen at the height of the original damp course e.g about 2' from floor height. Can a lower damp course be inserted in the wall retrospectively to resolve this?
