In my Living room I have 2 damp patches -
1st is about 200mm by 200mm from floor to a window sill on an exterior wall,
2nd is about 500mm x 500mm on an adjoining wall, similarly - floor to (higher sited) window sill.
Plasterer is damp / cold to touch around the patch and the plasterer on the damp is crumbling and an eye sore.
