We have rising damp on side extension, extensive mould on the bottom of walls climbing, core sample showed no membrane under solid concrete floor, and I dont think there is a damp course on the brick walls, is it possible to remedy this with chemical injection? does this always work? Or is it time to rebuild it properly?
