Flaky paint above skirting on internal walls.not a lot but getting worse.was re skimmed about 5 years ago.its actually 1 wall but both sides 1 being living room wall and1 being hall way. the drive way was also done about 5 year ago. would a blocked vent be the cause. any ideas.please help cant find the cause. thanks simon
