The downstrairs front room that adjoins to the neighbour had damp. The terraced join previously had bad damp. The wall was damp prior to the neighbours refurbishing, but when they refurbished their house, the damp was like water being poured through the walls. When their refurbishment was completed the water dryed up. But I think the wall is still damp. It affected an electric socket on that side of the wall as the socket blew a new television. Some years ago we had the plastering chipped back to the brick and replastered. The wall was also injected with a drying chemical. How do we go forward now as I think the wall is still damp?
