I have just moved into a granite house which has been treated for damp. I have however found what I think is a small patch of damp where the plaster is flaking off the wall, who would be best to come and look at this for me? Would a general builder fit the bill or do I need a damp specialist? The area is just above the skirting board and about the size of a 50p piece.
