How do I resolve serious condensation issue in an apartment approx. 6 years old its causing mould to develop and rotting the window sills. The vents on the windows are always open room temperature is maintained @ 20 degrees.I need to resolve this quickly.
We have 2 children under 3 & it is affecting their health
