Our detached garage is on uneven ground,at front DPC is above ground, backend of the garage DPC is underground. 2 builders have suggested 2 ways of dealing with problem. 1 suggests moving excess ground so DPC is above ground, 2nd says he'll remove ground, replace with plenty 20mm shingle,add drains, but DPC is still underground
