I have a damp problem on four window walls. Had several different damp people in - not rising damp. The builder checked the render. Window fitter checked the windows and cant find a problem. We open windows and don't think it is condensation as the paint on the wall is bubbling with salts in it. It On downstairs and upstairs walls. What do we do next??
