My single-skin brick-built garage has a DPC installed & I intend to use this garage for storage when I let the property next year. Given that I will not be around to ensure that the DPC is not compromised by the 2 gullies adjacent to 2 of the walls getting blocked up (which does happen sometimes due to leaves / other people's rubbish etc) , is there any additional precaution I could take to prevent ingress of damp?
