Just in the hall way, is a cupboard where we normally put our shoes. Opened the cupboard a few days ago and the wall was wet with a few patches of water. The corner that the floor meets the wall is wet and so does the corner where the two walls meet. This is an extension that was done in 2007 and just realized that there is also a gutter pipe on the side of it. The wall feels wet and mould has started developing. which category of trade will this fall in and what could be the cause of this please
