We seem to have a problem with our lounge/hall floor. When stood on in various locations the floor appears to give way and sink. We have laminate down but the problem seems to be underneath. Who is best to come and have a look to determine the problem. We also have a few inchs of damp patches on the wall just above skirting boards...not sure if this could be related. Thanks.
