Newish build flat (around 25 years old) has dampness caused by condensation (already been checked by factor) in one bedroom. Keeps reoccurring. Looking to arrange for suitable damp proofing measures such as passyfier vent to reduce condensation and/or humidity of room and prevent further build up.
