I have a problem with condensation In a ground floor flat. The tenants were drying their clothes on radiators but I have supplied a washer dryer and installed humidity sensor extractor fans and cooker hood with an external vent. Mould is still appearing. I have been given info about positive input ventilation system, damp proof wallpaper and dry lining using moisture proof plasterboard. Before I place my advert for a job any relevant info you can provide would be helpful.
