Fitting belcast

Posted by Claire Hamilton, on
We're in the process of buying a house. Some issues of damp have come out of the survey (not surprising as it's a hundred year old house). Our survey recommended fitting bell cast drip/beads but the house is already rendered. Trying to work out the scale of this job - if it's substantial (i.e. thousands) we may want to negotiate with the vendor but if not too complicated just sort it ourselves after moving. The vendor also has a guarantee for the rendering, is this likely to cover it? Just after a rough idea of how bi a job this is as we've no idea! Thanks.
