Part of ceiling caved in, in small downstairs loo.

Had a leak around window and above for ages but cannot find where rain is coming in. Had a new roof, sealed the window and outside wall but still rain gets in!! Because of all the recent rain the small sloping roof has bowed and I touched it an part of ceiling caved in. Do I need a builder, a roofer or what but we desperately need to seal the roof/ ceiling etc. from the rain. It is a small lean to room with small slate roof. HELP
