Hi, I live in a terraced house built c 1910. The house was in a real state when I bought it but I have installed double glazing. Over the last few years I have noticed mildew/mould growing on my settee (and on the previous ones). I did have a problem with a leaking gutter which penetrated the wall causing mould to grow but the guttering has been fixed. Please would someone advise me as I am on a very tight budget and cannot afford to be ripped off. Thank you
