I recently moved into a new house and the previous owner had plastered and painted each wall with white paint. We have recently painted in the living room and we have noticed hairline cracks beginning to appear in the paintowrk that we did and also the white paint in the rest of the house. We suspect that the previous owners had not primed the plasterwork correctly before painting and would like to know what we would need to do to rectify this?
