Replacing rotten wooden external trim above bay window

External wooden trim above ground floor bay window is rotten and water is leaking internally. Rotten trim (and any other adjacent rotten areas) needs to be cut out and replaced with either new trim or moulded putty. How much approximately for the job and what category does this fall under?
