I tried to answer but I was not able to submit because the system said I had used restricted characters although I had only used letters and punctuation, so you will have to wait till I can get this sorted.

Trying to wallpaper a thick vinyl. Having difficulty trying to flatten the edges. Tried pasting the walls and the wallpaper with wallpaper glue and leaving for 5 mins to let it soak through. It seems to work in some places and doesn't in others. How can I correct the problem ?
