Hi Peter, To withdraw a job, you will need to log in (here: https://www.ratedpeople.com/customer/archived-jobs) and select ‘My jobs’ from the main navigation. Click the job you wish to cancel and then click the ‘Cancel job’ button. To cancel a job using the Find a Tradesman mobile app, you will need to launch the app and select 'My jobs' from the main navigation. Click the job you wish to cancel and then hit the 'Stop' button. If you can't see a 'Cancel job' or 'Stop' button after following these instructions, please contact our support team who will be able to look at this for you: http://www.ratedpeople.com/contact-us/contact-us-form Note that jobs are automatically cancelled after 3 days of posting with no responses. Best Wishes, Natalie The Ask an Expert Team
