Hi Michael, If the company in question have expressed interest in a job posted through Rated People, we will have emailed you a link to their profile page with this information. These details can also be located through your account. Just visit the Rated People home page at www.ratedpeople.com, click ‘Login’ in the upper-right navigation and enter your email and password in the homeowner section. After this, click ‘My jobs’ from the main navigation and select a job from the list to view more details about the tradesman involved. Alternatively, you can also launch the Find a Tradesman mobile app on your smartphone. Please also note that tradesmen that use our service are given a profile site. This is searchable online, so a quick search for their company name (and possibly add Rated People to narrow the search) should bring up their Rated People account.
