A variety of jobs

Hello, I am doing various bits and pieces on my flat including:
1. Putting a TV up on the wall (but I want the wires hidden in the wall, so think I need inside trunking?)
2. Wallpapers (same) wall
3. Putting up shelves/ curtain poles/ mirrors
4. Some painting
Is it possible for one skilled individual to do all of these jobs? Not really sure what time of person I need to do all these jobs?
