How to prepare outside of the house before painting e.g. sanding or replacing the woodwork, repairing the pebble dashing etc. and then painting. please describe it e.g. using what tools the sanding should be done on the woodwork, if the wood is damaged or rotten then how to replace it etc. my house is a standard 3 bed end of terrace in Harrow area.
