Hi
How big a job (time-wise) would a good P&D require to do the following:
- Make good some cable chases in plaster wall and smooth over some rougher areas of plaster
- Remove skirting boards and replace with new (new need to be painted also)
- Install coving around top edge of walls
- Paint walls
Room is approx 4m by 4.5m
Also we want the skirting boards replaced but also planning on installing a laminate floor. Do we get the floor installed first before getting the skirting removed and replaced, or other way around?
