Hi Isobel, If a tradesperson has expressed interest in a job posted through Rated People, we will have emailed you a link to their profile page which comes complete with any ratings and reviews from past customers. The tradesperson is also able to upload photos of past work to their page, so have a look for that too. I would also recommend asking for references from past customers/a portfolio of past work. You can also view the profile and ratings of the tradespeople interested in your job by logging in to your account (free and created through you posting a job) online. You'll need to select ‘My jobs’ from the main navigation and then click the job from the list. You will then be shown a list of tradespeople interested in your job and the links to their profile pages.
