Hi Leigh, To give a rating, you'll need to log in to your (free) account created at the time of posting your job or launch the Find a Tradesman mobile app and select ‘My jobs’ from the main navigation to view the list of jobs you have posted through Rated People. After that, select the job from the list and then click the ‘Rate’ button for the tradesperson who completed the work. A tradesperson can also send you an emailed prompt to leave them a rating. If you receive this, you'd need to then click the tradesperson/company name in this email and follow the instructions. I hope this helps!
