Hi UPVC doors can be painted but not such a great idea due the surface of the door being made up of plastic, the door will expand and contract so you will need to buy flexible coatings. You will find that due to the coating already on the door it would be difficult for any paint to stick to it. Seek a specialist decorator as you don't want the paint to start bubbling or flacking off when the sun shines on it or the snow and ice getting behind the paint.
