Hiya Ruth, Checkatrade and rated people are not the same company, I know this because we are members of both, For Checkatrade you fill out a response form given to you by your tradesmen or you can do it online after they have completed works, for rated people the tradesmen has to have bought the lead (project) through the rated people website, once your tradesmen has completed his project he has to 'request feedback' on his rated people website and you will be sent an email by rated people where you can fill out your testimonial, he can use customer feedback from rated people on Checkatrade also but he cannot cross over a testimonial to rated people from any other website unless he found you through rated people.
