Hi Salvatrice, How we work is that if you post a job and a tradesperson is interested in completing the work for you, they will buy the job lead and contact you to quote. We only allow up to three tradespeople to contact you. Once a job lead is bought by a tradesperson, we email you to let you know. That email will contain a link to their profile page with us, which is where you'll be able to see any reviews from previous Rated People customers. If you've posted a job and can't find your email, you can log in to your free homeowner account and access the profile page through there.
