Hi Michael, It sounds like you have your email alerts switched off. If you head to your 'My account' tab once you're logged in to your account and then 'Contact Preferences', you'll see email alerts at the top followed by either 'on' or 'off'. You would just need to switch them on to on if they're set to off to fix this. If your alerts are already switched on, that would be down to your email provider. To fix that, you'd need to find an email from us in a spam folder and mark us a safe sender instead. I hope this helps. Thanks, Natalie Ask an expert team
