Pasting lining paper

I have lined my walls as they are not the best, I always paste the walls as well as the paper before hanging it, so do I paste the lining paper before I hang my wallpaper on top, or will it go soggy making it hard to hang my paper on top

The answer is yes do paste the lining paper. It won't go soggy and if you don't paste it the paper will be very hard to move about on the wall. Hope this helps
