Hi Joanna, To set your work area, you'll need to follow the steps below: 1) Log in to your Rated People account. 2) Click the ‘Web Profile’ tab between ‘Purchased Leads’ and ‘Benefits’. a. If you're using the iOS version of our Trades app, you'll need to click ‘More’ at the bottom of your screen and then ‘Lead Alerts’ instead. b. On the Android version of the app, you'll need to click on your profile picture to bring up the side menu and select ‘Lead Alerts’. 3) Select ‘Work Area’ to update the section. I hope this helps.
