Papering on new lining paper

Posted by David Dean, on
How long should I leave the lining paper to dry before I can paper on top of it. Also is there anymore treating/preparing to do before I hang the pattern?

so the lining paper should be hung horizontal and then the wallpaper vertical. there is no in between prep as the idea of lining paper is to give an even porosity as well as hide some defects in the wall. leave till the next morning check any bubbles have dropped out and is touch dry, your then safe to press onwards! hope it goes well!
