I want to change my feedback

How do I change my feedback? I left a positive testimonial on here immediately after J&M Coating finished the work but they have since failed to return to attend to some defects, failed to provide the warranty that was part of the job and ignored all my attempts to contact them. I would like to warn other potential customers about them.

Hi Peter, To amend your feedback: 1. Log in to your account or launch the mobile app. 2. Click 'My jobs' and select the job that you wish to update the rating on. 3. Click the green 'Change your rating' button. 4. Select a new star rating and enter any additional comments or feedback that you have. 5. Click the 'Rate' button to submit your rating.
