External painting

I can't find on your site any budget estimates for painting the outside of a house. Mine is rendered but grubby and is about to have new double glazing so needs to be cleaned or repainted or both. It is a 3 bed semi built 1959 with red tiled window sills and an add-on garage which may also need its doors repainting as they are not being replaced. Thank you. PS. If I use your site to obtain my 3 quotes am I committed in any way to you or the people who quote me?

Hi Alison . I'm a professional decorator. You would be doing a great favour to any tradesmen who you would price your job by posting the very minimum budget. £100 . The reason for this , the less the job value the cheaper the lead price. A thousand pound budget cost on ave £17.50 A £100 budget would cost £4.50 . However you could also state this as being the low budget price. We all understand.
