Water Damage from Flat Above

I would like a quote for the insurance company. The extent of the damage means that the whole of my sitting room will have to be decorated, plus the ceiling and pipe housing in the bathroom. I did not complete my registration as I didn't want traders to spend money and then the insurance company go with someone else.
