Hello Antony, can you be sure he used Duluth satinwood i.e. Any left over tins, also was it water based satinwood?
One coat or two how can I tell what's done?

Just had our flat repainted. However the Dulux satin white finish does not look very white. I think the term is 'thin', particularly on some of the doors. Also, I have gently scraped an inconspicuous area with my finger nail and the paint has flaked off. It's a fine flake.
what's your opinion?
