Hi Ann, To leave a rating, log in to your account and select 'My jobs' from the main navigation to view the list of jobs you've posted. Select the job from the list and then select the 'Rate' button for the tradesperson who completed the work. You'll then be ask to give the tradesperson a 1 to 5 rating (5 being the best) on the quality of work, reliability and value for money. Thanks, Alex Ask an Expert team
