Dear Edwin, You would need to discuss each separate trades terms with them directly. As a guide upon acceptance I take a small holding deposit, then I take the material monies one week before works commence. I will then request weekly interim payments if the works last over a week. I take the final payment on the day of the completion of the works. As i say this is a guide of what my terms are , however, we may not all be the same, so you would need to speak to your preferred tradesman.
