You should only be called by three trades . If they are persistent tell them that you’ve either already got some one to do the work , you’ve decided not to go ahead with the works or what ever the reason is you don’t want them calling you . The trade will continue to ring as we have to pay to receive your details and there is a certain procedure that we have to follow before we can claim a credit for our money .
