It’s hard in the beginning to get going and you can’t expect to have a full time business through RP, most traders use the app to fill in gaps in there week,however I’m sure a lot can use this site as a full time business. To get a refund on jobs with no answer etc from the customer,you must first have some 5* ratings,and click report the lead on your job and tick the boxes. They are a lot of time wasters and the customers don’t realise how much it costs depending on there budgets to get there details,even if they hand pick you from the site and ask you a question it costs money to reply as it generates as a lead. Chose your jobs wisely,pick out the small jobs that are ready to go quickly and build up your ratings. Good luck.
