Hello the best solution would be to get the decorator to view the work you require and discuss the start date and obviously what is required. Most decorators I don’t think would price unseen as they might find different problems etc in the job for which they have not took into account. Get the price written down and the work to be carried out and hopefully this will be all sorted and your happy. Good luck
