Hi Steve sorry to hear this. I can’t say for sure if all the other trades or decorator on the site are the same but I for one would always visit to price and discuss the quote. Hopefully they might get back you you unless they have some circumstances which are out of there control or something has arisen which prevents them attending. Sometimes depending on there workload they might non intentionally not respond or maybe have just slip there mind. I’m not sure if you reposted your job but hopefully you did and received a reply and visit and the job was sorted for you.
