I have tried the Valspar bathroom paint and V500 strength paints on ceilings and walls causing very poor applications and when going over it immediately puling it away with the brush ? Yet same paint applied to over newly pasted wallpaper without any problems ? the walls were previously painted and weren't greasy or oily or damp ? does the room temperature matters ? look forward for any tips or advise - Thanks
