Hi, I'm not a qualified roofer but I had the same problem, it was simply cured by replacing some tiles with special vent tiles, it sorted the problem within days of adding them, a good roofer would advise and be able to supply, hope it helps.Tony, TMPCONTRACTORS.

quick win. look to see if the eaves being the edges of the loft have been covered. There needs to be adequate venting. iv known people to ram insulation tight into eaves but it has caused issues as you you have mentioned
