Hi Chris, Are you talking as a customer who has had work carried out by a tradesman on RP? Rated people may take up your case for you but I doubt it They are just an intoductory service who charge tradesman a fee and put them in contact with you via a name,number and email. Its then down to you the customer to check the tradesmans previous jobs feedback etc and choose who you want to go with. The contract is between you and the trader Try contacting them and see what they say but I wouldn't hold out much hope Thanks Russ
