Hi Mi would personally seek a report from a structural engineer to determine how the cracks have came to be. If you have a new build property it could be settlement issues but if property has been built for say 10 years plus it could be failed foundation which would require underpinning. I'd have this ruled out with an engineers report on your structure first though. Hope this helps
