Only a qualified electrician should carry out this job, being that it is in a kitchen in close proximity to water and gas pipes which are an earth source and so if not earthed correctly can cause serious harm

We have housing in our kitchen for a built in oven. The oven is no longer there and we have been using a free standing cooker, however we have been given a new oven and separate microwave. Both these items need fitting into the housing and connecting up to the electricity supply. Which trades person would be able to do this please?
